Our RSI member portal is designed to help you effortlessly manage and maintain your account online and via our mobile app - check your current balance, submit expenses and view transaction details. If you experience any trouble accessing your claims information through our claims portal or have any questions regarding your plan, please contact the RSI claims team for further assistance. Log in to your account by using your username and password. Your user name will be the first initial of your first name, followed by your last name, followed by the last 4 digits of your social security number. For example: If your name is John Doe with a social security number of 123-45-6789 Your username will be: JDoe6789 Your temporary password will be: password1 In addition to the web portal, you are able to view your balance and submit claims through our user-friendly mobile app. This mobile app is available free for download through the app store provided through your mobile device. Simply search “Reimbursement Specialists, Inc.” and download the app to your handheld device. Your log in information will be the same for the mobile app as it is for the web portal above.
