Cigna will administer our medical insurance, while RSI will administer our medical debit card program and reimbursement accounts. If you enroll in the Bronze option, your plan will continue to be HSA eligible as the 2025 Bronze option but will simply move to Cigna. Debit Card vs. Manual Submission Employees Electing the Gold or Silver PPO options will receive a debit card in the mail prior to the start of the plan year. This card will be loaded based on the schedule below, and these funds are available in full the first day you are eligible for coverage. You will use them to pay for doctor's visits, prescriptions, or anything else your medical plan covers. Once this card has a $0 balance, you will pay the remaining deductible and applicable coinsurance until your out - of - pocket maximum reaches $6,500 for a single employee, or $13,000 for family. Once you have reached this threshold, you are eligible to submit your carrier evidence of benefits, or EOB, to RSI via their mobile app, website, or by email claims@rsiadmin.com .
